Client Service Representative for Evening Shifts

  • Experienced client service representatives/accessioners with strong communication and data entry skills. Must be able to handle high volume of calls. Also, position requires processing patient specimens into the lab and review of all paperwork, tests ordered and specimens received. Accurately enter patient and test information into the lab computer. Place identification labels on all specimens and paperwork and prepare the specimens for testing.
  • Ability to read, write and communicate effectively using the English language and basic computer skills. Spanish and Chinese speaking a plus.
  • High School graduate and data entry competence are required. Prior medical/laboratory experience is preferred.
  • Evening and Night shifts are available.

Clinical Diagnostic Laboratory Sales Specialist (NYC, Staten Island, Queens, and New Jersey)

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • 3-10 years related, successful outside sales experience (cold calling and referred leads)
  • Must be able to build relationships through networking and referrals
  • Ideal candidate will have extensive experience selling to Primary Care practice physicians
  • Must have experience working independently, successfully managing a sales territory
  • Ability to self-manage time and to prioritize projects is essential
  • Ability to achieve assigned objectives in a timely manner
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Be energetic and highly motivated sales professional
  • Computer skills are a must

Phlebotomist

We are currently seeking a Float Phlebotomist for various locations in the Metro New York/New Jersey are. The qualified applicant must be willing to travel. Under the direction of the phlebotomy supervisor, this individual will obtain and prepare specimens for analysis. Responsibilities will also include maintaining a cooperative working relationship with patients, patients' families, medical staff, and interdepartmental and intradepartmental staff. The qualified applicant will work Monday-Saturday and must be flexible with their schedule.
